Nappy 500 Promotion- Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
2. Promotion commences at 11:00am on Friday, 23 September 2011 and will finish at Midnight on Saturday, 5 November, 2011 ("Promotional Period”).
3. Entry is free and open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older. Employees of the Promoters, the Promoters’ associated companies, the Promoters’ agencies and partners associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
4. To enter the promotion, entrants must provide their full name and current and valid email address ("Eligible Entrants”).
5. To enter the ‘Nappy 500' PlunketShop Competition you must 'Like 'PlunketShop's Facebook Page and then enter your details on the online form.
6. You can only enter the competition once. Once youhave entered the competition you are in every prize draw until the competition ends on the 5th November 2011.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and reserves the right to disqualify any individual entrant or group of entrants for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
8. The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw this promotion or any part of this promotion should their ability to fulfil due obligations be limited at any stage by any form of technical failure or otherwise.
9. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant regulatory authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
10. The Promoters may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, for any reason.
11. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
    
12. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will have a chance to win the prize stated on the competition page.
13. Entrants consent to their entry and name being used for promotional purposes Entries and votes must be received by the Promoters during the Promotional Period. The Promoters accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
14. A prize draw will be held for every 500 entries received, up to a maximum of 12 prize packs in total. More prize packs may be offered at the discretion of the Promoter.
15. Each prize pack is Huggies Products up to $500 retail value, delivered free of charge to one mainland New Zealand address. Each winner should allow 28 days from the prize draw for delivery of their prize.
16. Prize value is correct at time of commencing the promotion but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
17. The winners will be notified by email. Inability to contact the winners within seven days of the prize draw will result in prizes being forfeited.
18. The prize draw will be conducted at the offices of Tango Communications 155 Karangahape Rd, Newton, Auckland 1010.
19. Winners must be 18 years or over to receive a prize pack.
20. All winners will be notified by email and their names and towns will appear on the PlunketShopFacebook Page and www.plunketshop.co.nz website
21. The Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. The Promoters may refuse to award a prize to any person, for any reason.
23. The prizes are not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be taken for cash.
24. The Promoters will not be liable for any expenses relating to a prize.
25. The winners consent to their names being used for public relations and promotional purposes relating to this promotion.
26. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

29. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, telephone or computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s handset or computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this Promotion.
30. This promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
