Can I get my order quicker?
If you are an Auckland resident (not Greater Auckland or Rural Auckland) you can have your parcel delivered same day. Your order will need to be placed before 11am.
Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses
How can I track my order?
Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email. This email will give you a tracking number. You can log onto www.fastway.co.nz
and paste your tracking number in space provided. Or simply call us on 0800 77 44 83 and we’ll do this for you.
How long will it take for my order to get to me?
We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive you order within 2 business days in the North Island and 3 business days in the South Island. Rural delivery may take a further 2 working days.
How much do you charge for freight?
We have worked very hard to keep our freight charges low. We pass the freight cost onto you instead of hiding this cost in our products so you can enjoy an every day low price on your baby goods. Our freight charges are based on the weight of the product and the website automatically calculates this. For a guide, please see table below:
Where do you deliver to?
PlunketShop delivers anywhere in New Zealand. We have all Kiwi regions covered! We do not ship internationally.
Will I have to sign for my parcel?
Generally we do require our couriers to obtain your signature on delivery. There are some instances when the delivery driver may decide to choose leaving the parcel at your door or in your letterbox if you are not home which is at their discretion. If you are not home, the likely option for the courier driver is to leave a Calling Card that will have information on it for you to contact the courier company to arrange redelivery. However, if you are comfortable with the driver leaving the parcel at your door, please add "Please leave at door if not home’ on your delivery instructions when you place your order. However, in the very unfortunate and unlikely event of a missing parcel the onus will be on you if the driver has delivered to the door.
How long does it take for me to get a refund?
.Once we receive the item back to our warehouse we will refund your credit card. It may take 1-2 days for the product to be returned to us. If you used Mastercard or Visa for your payment the amount credited back to your card will show up on your statement the following day. If you used American Express for your payment the amount credited back to your card will show up on your statement in 2-3 days.
I have received my order and it is incorrect! What do I do?
We are so sorry for our very silly mistake! To return any item(s), simply contact our Customer Care Center via phone (0800 77 44 83) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org
). There will be no charge. Please have your order number ready so that we can quickly look up your order, correct it, send out the correct item(s) and organise the courier to collect the other item and return it to us.
I made a mistake with my order and now I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
Return shipping is easy! To return any item(s), simply contact our Customer Care Center via phone (0800 77 44 83) or email (email@example.com
). There will be a charge of $15 to collect the item from you to return to us. Please have your order number ready so that we can quickly look up your order, correct it, send out the correct item(s) and organise the courier to collect the other item and return it to us. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Nappy inners cannot be returned only an entire unopened box.
Do you accept international credit cards?
Currently we can accept international credit cards but we can only ship to a New Zealand address. Please fill in all your contact details in the billing address box including your phone number and email address. For the shipping information, please enter the correct information in the appropriate field
